I have an in-depth understanding of legal, and regulatory compliance requirements. As a continuous learner and innovative professional, I excel in leveraging strong interpersonal skills to thrive in multicultural, cross-functional environments.

Within the digital marketing domain, I hold a diverse skill set that includes project management, budget administration, people leadership, stakeholder and vendor management, digital analytics, marketing operations, email marketing, demand generation, syndication program management, website strategy & optimization, and social media.

As I embark on the next chapter of my career, I am seeking opportunities (hybrid / remote) that allow me to leverage my expertise in digital marketing within the life science, pharma, and biotech industry. I am eager to contribute my skills to drive impactful results in a dynamic organization.

This involves partnering with stakeholders to define segmentation, campaign themes, success metrics, and budget considerations to ensure targeted and impactful outcomes. This approach extends beyond mere execution, encompassing the entire marketing funnel stages and customer journey.

Throughout my career, I have consistently committed myself to support both short- and long-term digital strategies through the analytics that provided valuable insights to stakeholders.  I have led and owned the development of comprehensive digital marketing dashboards that were instrumental in capturing key digital metrics, facilitating a data-driven approach to drive continuous improvements. This approach empowered decision-makers to optimize existing tactics and informed the development of new campaigns, fostering an environment of informed decision-making across various marketing roles and projects.

LEADERSHIP

In leadership roles, I have excelled in steering enterprise-level website migration projects and implementing marketing technologies, showcasing strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies. At Medrio, I brought my people leadership skills to the forefront by leading and coaching a lean in-house team of web, social, and marketing operations functions, along with agency partners. Additionally, at Roche, I played a key role in influencing and leading US Sequencing digital strategy, collaborating seamlessly with cross-franchise partners. At the same time, I spearheaded the communications strategy for a newly formed internal employee resource group, advocating for disability awareness and effective inclusion in the workplace. My commitment to fostering growth and excellence is evident in my continuous mentoring and coaching of the team, overseeing day-to-day activities of Digital Marketing Specialists. Furthermore, I dedicated efforts to train an Associate MarCom Manager, equipping with essential skills in SEO and website management.
